Nikhil Joshi, Bioinformatics Programmer / Analyst

Nik is a bioinformatics programming, database delving, salsa dancing, scrabble playing genious. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science and PhD in sheer chutzpah. He started out in the UC Davis Bioinformatics Core doing more computer science, and has transitioned, over the years, into bioinformatics.

Michael Lewis, HPC System Architect

Mike is a seasoned HPC system architect. He has worked in high performance computing field for close to two decades. He helped to build the HPC computing cluster at Genome Center and is currently working on all clusters maintained by the HPCCF Core at UC Davis.
