International Summer Sessions in Metabolomics 2021

In the Summer sessions we will discuss  practice and theory in metabolomic applications, use example data sets for training and discussions, and work in small teams to provide ample opportunity to work out different solutions to metabolomic problems.The course will cover: study design, sample prep and compound identification, methods of metabolomics, data processing and data interpretation, statistics and data visualization, pathway and network analysis.The course will be open to beginners and advanced users.
